FURNISHINGS: ALL RENTALS ARE FULLY FURNISHED, including cable TV , DVD, barbecue, washer/dryer, microwave & full kitchen UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE, i.e.: There is a washer/dryer unless it states NO WASHER/ DRYER. If there is a FIREPLACE, it will be stated, either Gas or Wood.
PAPER/CLEANING PRODUCTS: Each rental is stocked with basic start-up products; i.e., toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing liquid, and hand soap. Please replenish products for yourself during your stay if needed.
PETS: Are not allowed in any rentals EXCEPT those marked as Pet Friendly. Please contact us for more details.
SMOKING: **ALL UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING**.
SECURITY/CLEANING DEPOSIT = $500 unless otherwise stated. There is a separate minimum cleaning fee charged per property. If warranted, additional charges will be deducted from the security deposit for extra cleaning, damages, or balances due. The security deposit is not applied to rental amount. The balance of your security deposit will be mailed to you no later than 3 weeks after your check-out.
RESERVATION FEE: A non-refundable $50.00 reservation fee is applied to each reservation.
CLEANING: Units are professionally cleaned before your arrival and after your departure.
LINENS: Unless otherwise Noted, All homes are VACATION READY! = Linens are furnished except for beach towels, and home is vacation ready upon your check-in. Beds are made and towels are out!.
RATES: Nightly rates apply only in winter season (three night minimum); during the Summer Season ( Memorial Day - Labor Day) rentals are on weekly basis only; Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday. WINTER HOLIDAY WEEKLY RATES = SUMMER WEEKLY RATES.
PAYMENT: The rental amount must be paid in full a minimum of 60 days in advance, or as stated on rental agreement, plus either a 11% San Luis Obispo County bed tax or a 10% City of Morro Bay bed tax . (no bed tax is collected on rentals of 30 days or more). We accept credit cards for payment of rental amounts due ; however, we do not accept cerdit cards for the "Booking Deposit". Payment can also be by check or money order. If you pay by cash, please have EXACT amount (no change necessary).
SUMMER CHECK-IN/OUT: Check-in between 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. Check-out at 11:00 a.m.
WINTER CHECK-IN/OUT: Check-in between 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. Check out at 11:00 a.m. Check with office for possible early check-in & late check-out.
