(069) Coastal Breeze is a 2 story, 2 bedroom 2.5 bath with spectacular views and within walking distance to local shops, restaurants, Cayucos Pier and the Beach. Enjoy watching sunsets, whales and the waves crash onto shore from the living room, dining area, kitchen, or from the wrap around balcony. Both bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are on the top floor with kitchen, living and dining area. Below is the 2 car garage, washer and dryer, and half bathroom. Upstairs features; updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, open floor plan and high ceilings, wood-like tile throughout the home for beach and pet lovers. Primary bedroom includes king bed, slider to back deck and ensuite bathroom with shower. Guest bedroom includes queen bed and beach vibe decor. Hall bathroom has shower/tub. 

Please note the upstairs loft is not for use and the ladder will be removed. Other features: requires to walk up steps, 2 car garage, washer and dryer in garage, smart TV, Cable provided, keyless lock entry, outdoor shower, spacious back patio. Traeger BBQ- must read instructions to use.Pets are considered with owner approval, one non shedding small dog. 

RENTAL RATES:

30 Night Minimum- Must book with a Beachside Rentals Team member.

Rates vary on season and length of stay: Between $4,500-$6,500 monthly

Security Deposit Options:

1) $65 nonrefundable Property Protection Plan: covers up to $2,100 in accidental damages. (This option is automatically generated in quotes)

2)$3,000 refundable Security Deposit Hold (must contact Beachside Rentals if you prefer this option in final booking process)

*Other requirements such as credit/background checks, lease agreement and increased security deposits may be applied for any reservations 61 nights or more and be moved to the full-time department.
