This beautiful Cayucos home has the much desired private staircase to the beach!

More to know about this amazing vacation rental: spacious large family room with game table, large smart TV with cable, plenty of seating to watch dolphin and beach play, wet bar, gated space for small pets to be enclosed, side patio for BBQing your favorite meals, as well as ocean front pathway that leads your straight to the beach stairs! 

The unique layout allows bedroom 2 to be closed off or used for access to the common bathroom. The guest studio is detached from the main house in a converted garage space featuring 1 bedroom, full bath, with a kitchenette and laundry room. Parking for 1 car in a garage and 1-2 addition car in front of garage. Street parking is limited. Pets considered with pet cleaning fee.
