Made for family fun, this home can sleep a max of 10 people. Relax on the private porch where you can hear the roaring ocean and smell the salty air. Fenced in back yard perfect for BBQ'ing and hanging out with the family. First floor has master bedroom with queen size bed and full bath w/handicapped equipped shower, 2nd bedroom has two full size beds. Living room, kitchen, laundry, bathroom. On the second floor there is a family room w/ fireplace, wet bar, TV & Stereo ( equipped with surround sound), table and chairs, deck with ocean views, bedroom with queen size bed and full bathroom (handicap equipped). Fully stocked kitchen. Enclosed outside shower. VACATION READY!

Rental Rates: Rates vary depending on dates, season, and length of stay. You have the option to choose the Property Protection Plan or a Security Deposit Hold please see more details below:

1) $65 nonrefundable Property Protection Plan: covers up to $2,100 in accidental damages. (This option is automatically generated in quotes)

2) $3,000 refundable Security Deposit Hold (must contact Beachside Rentals if you prefer this option in final booking process)

*Other requirements such as credit/background checks, lease agreement and increased security deposits may be applied for any reservations 61 nights or more and be moved to the full-time department.
