Upstairs Unit:

The primary bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, while the guest bedroom has a comfortable queen bed. The hall bathroom features tub/ bath combo.

Step outside to a wrap around deck equipped with a BBQ, ideal for whale watching and capturing breathtaking West Coast sunsets. The staircase is located on the exterior north side of home.

Downstairs Unit:
The lower level has a full kitchen and a cozy living area, along with an expansive outdoor space that seats up to 12 guests, great for outdoor meals and socializing. The first primary bedroom includes a king-sized bed and a modern ensuite with a shower. Another primary bedroom, with vintage blue door accents, offers a queen-sized bed and an ensuite with a tub and shower combo. This room also has a beautiful built in kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, sink, and a large pantry. Adjacent to this room is a bonus space with a full-sized bed—perfect for additional guests. These two rooms offer added privacy with its own entry door.

2 BBQs, Smart TV, pets are considered, Washer and Dryer in both units. Hot tub is not available for guests use.

Parking: Parking available for 4 vehicles in tandem on Cody Ave closest to front doors of home.

Rental Rates: Rates vary depending on dates, season, and length of stay. Please use the inquiry table located on the page in the upper right hand corner to get a quote for the dates you are interested in booking. Summer and holiday dates may require 7 night minimum. You have the option to choose the Property Protection Plan or a Security Deposit Hold please see more details below:

1) $65 nonrefundable Property Protection Plan: covers up to $2,100 in accidental damages. (This option is automatically generated in quotes)

2) $3,000 refundable Security Deposit Hold (must contact Beachside Rentals if you prefer this option in final booking process)

*Other requirements such as credit/background checks, lease agreement and increased security deposits may be applied for any reservations 61 nights or more and be moved to the full-time department.
