ACCEPTED PAYMENT FORMS:

Short Term Rentals: Mastercard, Visa, Check (Checks must be cleared before the reservation start date), Cash, Cashier’s Check.

Reservations for 30 nights or more: All payments must be in the form of cash, check or cashier’s check. Credit Cards will only be accepted with a processing fee. Checks must be cleared before the reservation start date.

CANCELLATION:
To cancel your reservation, notice of cancellation must be in writing and received at least 60 days prior to your check- in date. The initial booking payment is non-refundable. Cancellation within the 60-day period prior to check-in will result in forfeiture of the entire rental amount.

INITIAL PAYMENT:

• A non-refundable initial payment of $375 is required at the time of booking for rentals under 30 nights.
• For reservations of 30 nights or more, a non-refundable initial payment of $1,000 per month booked is required at the time of booking.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
We recommend you look into purchasing personal travel insurance, in the event you are not able to make your vacation. Most home Insurance or auto insurance companies will have this option available.

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
You will receive a guest guide a week prior to your arrival as well as a text and another email 2 days before your arrival. This guide will include all the information you need to know for your home.

LINENS AND TOWELS:
Your home does provide linens, blankets, comforters and towels.

BEACH TOWELS/TOYS/CHAIRS ETC:
Please bring with you all beach items: Beach Towels, sand toys, chairs, umbrellas, surf and boogie boards, wet suites.

CHECK-IN TIME:
4:00pm if your home is ready early WE WILL notify the main contact on the reservation one day before arrival or same day as check in.

CHECK-OUT TIME:
Strictly 11:00am

SEASONAL MINIMUM NIGHTS:
In summer and for large holidays the minimum is 5-7 nights depending on the home. 3 day weekends; the minimum is 3 nights. All off season minimums are 2-3 nights minimum depending on the home. We sometimes allow shorter nightly minimums for last minute bookings. Please contact the office directly.

AVAILABILITY:

Guests may book up to 1 year in advance - we give first right of refusal to guests for their same home and dates for the following year. The availability calendar on our website only shows 300 days of availability due to this.
