The cottage with queen size bed, wet bar, flat screen 32" HD TV, WiFi access, and living area opens through french doors onto an England meets California private garden, which in turn leads to the kitchen and dining room. There are several garden rooms suitable for relaxing, reading, wine-ing or dining alfresco. One garden room has a fireplace and BBQ grill. The studio cottage is ONE block from the beach and an easy walk to non-glitzy downtown Cayucos for restaurants, shops, and the pier. The garden cottage is a charming refuge for any couple, or single person, to just be. Come stay awhile. No fireplace. No cable TV. Netflix only. Vacation Ready! Two people max.
