The primary king suite, also on the upper level, is a true sanctuary with sweeping ocean views, private access to deck and features an ensuite bathroom.

This home features a spacious outdoor area to unwind, BBQ, and enjoy the beautiful views Cayucos has to offer. Private staircase leading directly down to the Cayucos state beach. The patio is accessible from both levels of the home. Full garage access with a washer and dryer for your convenience. 2) $3,000 refundable Security Deposit Hold (must contact Beachside Rentals if you prefer this option in final booking process)

*Other requirements such as credit/background checks, lease agreement and increased security deposits may be applied for any reservations 61 nights or more and be moved to the full-time department.
