The home features one bedroom with a Queen bed and a second bedroom with bunked Queen beds. Stay entertained with the large smart TV, cook outdoors on the gas BBQ, and enjoy a pet-friendly environment with additional cleaning fees and references.

This monthly rental offers a completely private experience with its own entry and parking. The downstairs is off-limits to guests, ensuring full privacy. One designated parking space is included, with additional street parking available for guests.

PLEASE NOTE: This home is on a shared property with the owner. It is completely private with own entry, parking and private wrap around balcony. There are no shared walls with the other home. Downstairs is off limits to guests, for owner use only.
