After Hour Phone Service:
Beachside Rentals, Inc. staff is personally available 24/7 for any rental-related emergency (no call service). Our staff resides within 5 minutes of Morro Bay and Cayucos. We are responsive to complaints, problems, or damages at all times.
Maintenance:
Beachside Rentals, Inc. hires only licensed and experienced professionals. We have worked with our plumber, carpet cleaner, appliance repair personnel, and general maintenance providers for many years and have established strong working relationships. We have a wonderful maintenance program to keep homes safe and functioning efficiently.
Housekeeping:
We assign an individual cleaner to each property, ensuring the integrity of your property. Upon tenant departure, we are notified if anything requires additional cleaning, repair, or maintenance, or if any item has been damaged. Cleaning lists are customized and tailored to each unique property.
Inspections:
Beachside Rentals, Inc. has inspectors to monitor tenant damages, cleaning consistency, and overall property condition.
Damage Insurance Policy:
98% of our guests purchase a damage protection insurance policy that covers up to $2,100 of accidental damages to your home. Though not used often, this policy has been helpful with past claims.
Statements and Accounting:
Beachside Rentals, Inc. sends monthly statements via email or mail. Income is distributed by direct deposit or Check.
