UNIT B: Cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bath duplex that faces Studio Drive. This home features vintage knotty pine throughout, a small kitchen with an electric stove and oven and a full bathroom. The bedroom has a queen size bed with a 13" TV. The living room has a full size futon and a 32" TV. Dining area seats 3. No BBQ or W/D. NO PETS ALLOWED
Can be rented in conjunction with Unit A.

Rental Rates: Rates vary depending on dates, season, and length of stay. Please use the inquiry table located on the page in the upper right hand corner to get a quote for the dates you are interested in booking. Summer and holiday dates may require 7 night minimum. You have the option to choose the Property Protection Plan or a Security Deposit Hold please see more details below:

1) $65 nonrefundable Property Protection Plan: covers up to $2,100 in accidental damages. (This option is automatically generated in quotes)

2)$3,000 refundable Security Deposit Hold (must contact Beachside Rentals if you prefer this option in final booking process)

*Other requirements such as credit/background checks, lease agreement and increased security deposits may be applied for any reservations 61 nights or more and be moved to the full-time department.
