During the winter months, cozy up in the intimate living room by the gas fireplace, and in the summer, open the sliders to let the soft Cayucos beach air fill the space. Sunny Hill Lookout boasts two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and can accommodate up to six guests. The primary bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, a flatscreen TV, and an en-suite bathroom for added convenience. The second bedroom features two twin-sized beds, and the living room sofa can be transformed into a queen-sized bed, providing flexible sleeping arrangements. One of the many highlights of this retreat is the spacious wrap-around deck with various seating nooks, offering plenty of spaces to relax, read, or simply revel in the incredible views. Ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms ensure a cool and comfortable environment for your enjoyment.
