Studio on Studio also features a beautiful outdoor space with a deck, fire pit, outdoor shower, and barbecue to enjoy the unbeatable Cayucos views. With full kitchen including a new oven, laundry space, TV's in each living area, and full amenities Studio on Studio is the ideal rental for a couple or small group. No cable, smart TV options, Netflix free.

Unit is downstairs from owner occupied upstairs home.

Rental Rates: Rates vary depending on dates, season, and length of stay.
